Believe it or not I’m an awesome sports illustrator. Especially live sports sketching. That’s one of the ways I got my start working for the Gannett News Service.
I used to do illustrations and cartoons and graphics for all sections of the newspaper from sports, editorial, life, science, etc.
Years ago before blogging got cool I tried giving away free editorial cartoons for websites to use as art for their copy and I got a real nice response. Had toons popping up all over the web and good traffic. However I was busy with other things but now I figure I’ll give it another go.
Blogging is huge and having a good piece of art to go with a blog post attracts and retains more visitors.
